How to supplement with Iodine?
European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) recommends 150μg/day for adults and 130μg/day for teenagers from 15 to 17 years .
One organic Ioda tablet provides an average of 120 μg /day, i.e. 80% of the daily intake for adults and 87% of the daily intake for teenagers.
For better absorption, it is best to swallow your organic Ioda tablet with a large glass of water.
Don’t be caught out by sucking or crunching the tablet, or keeping it in your mouth.
The tablets are flavourless and sugar-free.
